1. Information on the construction project
- General description:
As part of the small construction project fire protection technology upgrading the Nordufer 20 property in Berlin-Wedding, the fire protection requirements for the buildings and other technical facilities are to be implemented. The following measures are envisaged:
— fire protection renovation within houses 1-4,
— fire-protection closure of pipe openings in walls etc.,
— fire protection upgrading of the pipeline below the basement floor,
— remediation of defects from the inspection expert acceptance of RLT systems,
— dismantling of ventilation parts that are no longer needed for the security measures on the property,
— regulated rain drainage from the roof of the new gate to the property sewage system,
— heat supply systems connected to the existing district heating network,
— mechanical ventilation/partial climate control of the new gate,
— Building automation with cross-plant system integration, here for KG 430, with connection to the existing gate in house 1.

- Service profile:
Lph 2 — 9 according to HOAI 2021; special services.
- Start / end of service provision:
Approximately end of fourth quarter 2021 — mid-3rd quarter of 2028.
A gradual award of the services is planned. However, there is no legal claim to the transfer of all services.
