The department must be extensively renovated via Landsbyggefond support, so that higher housing standards and comfort are achieved.
The project is planned by another consultant, where tendering and contracting in 9 professional contracts is expected to be completed by the beginning of 2020. One consultant is requested in this offering, which provides both construction management and technical supervision with architectural and engineering disciplines. The renovation project is expected to be completed with a total craftsman budget of approx. DKK 50,000,000 incl. VAT.
One consultant is requested, who provides both construction management, architectural supervision with building / landscape as well as engineering supervision with construction, plumbing / ventilation and electrical / weak current respectively. The consultancy is expected to be delivered from the beginning of 2020 until the end of 2022. The construction management assignment is paid at a fixed price, while the supervision tasks are based on time spent, however the framework for the supervision must be approved by the developer and arranged in collaboration with the construction management. It is expected that the affiliated consultant will provide a multidisciplinary competent construction management and supervision team that, in a constructive collaboration with the developer, the design consultant, and not least the individual contractors, will be able to provide safe and effective management, especially in relation to finance, time and quality.
