NS has provided various Services to passengers, such as Bicycle & Service, bicycle parking, the OV-Fiets and the Sanifair toilets. NS considers it important to measure the performance of these Services. The Mystery Guests (MG) is used for this. The MG concerns a person to be deployed who is instructed to try out and assess an NS Service. The assessment takes place by completing a questionnaire by the MG after using the Service. The completed questionnaire results in a score. The scope of the Assignment concerns the use of a Mystery Guest on the following Services: Bicycle & service (33 locations, 4xpj), Bicycle parking (48 locations, 12xpj), OV-fiets (44 locations, 12xpj) and Sanifair (24 locations, 12xpj). Per Service there are a number of locations that need to be assessed. This results in a total number of reviews per Service per year. It is possible that new Services and additional locations will be added in the future. See further in the Award Guide.
