The assignment to be contracted is defined as follows: advising on and delivering, installing and providing service of furniture for the benefit of the Client. The Contractor also fulfills an advisory role for the furniture according to the needs of the Client.

The following does not belong to the scope of the command:

• Custom furniture;

• Work from home furniture;

• BSO furniture.

The scope of the assignment cannot be determined. This depends on future developments and the concrete needs of schools during the contract period. The value in recent years was:

2018: €304,000

2019: €103,000

2020: €0

2021: €164,000

It is expected that around €800,000 will be spent on furniture over the next 4 years. The value of this assignment can be derived from this. However, the tenderer cannot derive any rights from this, the size also depends on the need from the different schools.
