- given the result objective to be achieved as well as the degree of complexity and specificity of the operation concerned;
- given that the project for its swimming pool part is a rehabilitation project, that this requires perfect control of the service limits between the lots involved in this part, both in the control of the existing modified infrastructures and the services to come on a support resulting from the demolition phase, only in the control of air and water tightness;
- given the possible "discoveries" during the demolition, and the capacity necessary for the lots involved in the post demolition phase to manage and absorb these possible discoveries, with the reactivity necessary to respect deadlines.
It was planned to integrate into macro-lot 02: the structural work lot, metal frame and closed-covered lots (waterproofing, exterior carpentry in particular), closely linked by the specificity of the operation and in particular on all of the major restructuring area where the concrete structure is modified and completed, in order to allow internal management of the macro-lot and perfect mastery of service limits and airtightness techniques with the objective of guaranteeing performance energy and regulation of air and water treatments.
This also induces the integration of heat transfer fluid batches (air and water) (HVAC and plumbing) which will thus be made responsible for direct interrelations with the enclosed space, in the regulation of air, water and expenditure treatments induced energy. In addition, air tightness tests were provided for in the contractual documents of the macro lot.
Likewise, as the stainless steel basins are mainly intended to be placed in existing modified concrete basins, the development and specificity of laying leads us to also integrate the service concerning these basins in the macro lot. (Lot 2.6 stainless steel basin).
In order to make them responsible for all the watertightness of floors and basins and their connections, the "stainless steel basin" and "flexible floor-tiles" lots were associated with it.
This arrangement allows overall accountability of the companies participating in the macro-lot under the direction of their representative (structural work company) as well as consistent accountability vis-à-vis the amounts of the operation.
The sports floors and sports equipment lots have been incorporated in order to ensure proper management of supports for the floors and good management of any reinforcements and reservations for the equipment to be installed.
The lots provided separately: these lots are much more independent than the lots included in the macro lot and, taken one by one, have less technicality and less joint responsibility: they can therefore be launched independently without major fear of malfunction.
Of course the DET and OPC missions entrusted to the MOE will allow a perfect synthesis of the interventions to be carried out and the time periods to carry them out.
The asbestos-demolition lot has been designed to allow independent action time.
The demolition work will be refined by macro-lot 02 in order to allow a perfect association between the existing post-demolition elements and the construction elements reported during the project.
