The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a PLN bank loan up to the amount of PLN 12,286,364.49.

Purpose of the loan: financing of the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Szydłowo in 2023 in the amount of PLN 11,597,877.29 and repayment of previously incurred liabilities due to loans and advances in the amount of PLN 688,487.20,

1. The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a PLN bank loan up to the amount of PLN 12,286,364.49

1) purpose of the loan: financing of the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Szydłowo in 2023 in the amount of PLN 11,597,877.29 and repayment of previously incurred liabilities due to loans and advances in the amount of PLN 688,487.20,

2) loan amount: up to PLN 12,286,364.49,

3) the minimum guaranteed loan amount of PLN 500,000.00 is set (in words: five hundred thousand zlotys 00/100),

4) type of loan: long-term,

5) loan period: from the date of starting the first tranche to 30.11.2036.

6) repayment of interest from December 1, 2023.

7) repayment of the loan in Polish zlotys, capital in 48 (in words: forty-eight) installments on dates specified in the repayment schedule specified in the loan agreement, interest payable on a monthly basis at the end of each month,

8) the amount of interest will be determined each time in the notification sent by the bank,

9) it is established that the maximum amount of interest may not exceed four times the NBP lombard loan rate (maximum interest) on an annual basis. If the amount of interest exceeds the maximum interest rate, maximum interest is due,

10. if the due date of payment of capital and interest falls on a non-working day, payment shall be made on the first working day after the due date,

11) variable interest rate on an annual basis based on the WIBOR 1M rate increased or reduced by the margin of the Bank – lender,

12) interest will be charged on the loan actually used,

13) any commission is included in the margin,

14) the contracting authority defines as a possible form of securing the loan a blank promissory note,

15) for the purposes of the loan agreement and the calculation of the offer price, the actual calendar is assumed,

16) the loan will be activated in tranches or once, depending on the needs of the ordering party, to the current account of the Municipality,

17) grace period for loan repayment until 28/02/2025.
