The holder of lot 1 is responsible for the execution of full project management services concerning the realization of urban development studies and infrastructure works, roads and various networks, signage, public and landscaped areas, public lighting and civil engineering works.

The holder of Lot 2 is in charge of all the missions allowing the obtaining of regulatory environmental authorisations but also for defining an environmental approach that will ensure compliance with ambitious environmental guidelines in order to guarantee a sustainable approach to the project and to aim for a labelling.
