1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection (including weighing and loading), transport and disposal of medical and medical hazardous waste from the Zagłębie Oncology Center Sz. Starkiewicz Specialist Hospital in Dąbrowa Górnicza from two locations:

- 13 Hospital Street, 41-300 Dąbrowa Górnicza

- 43 Krasiński Street, 41-300 Dabrowa Górnicza

2. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp.

3. The subject of the contract includes waste with codes 18 01 01, 18 01 02⃰, 18 01 03⃰ , 18 01 04, 18 01 06, 18 01 08⃰, 18 01 09, 15 01 10⃰.
