The purpose of the contract is to provide the filing service in the Oviedo and Gijón offices of the Public Entity of Tax Services of the Principality of Asturias, with technical personnel specialized in archives, in order to provide and optimize the benefits of the archive to all the organization.

The file of the Public Entity is the administrative unit responsible for guaranteeing the organization, accessibility, treatment and dissemination of the documents generated and received by the Public Entity in the exercise of its functions. Therefore, one of its priorities is the organization of document funds that allow their accessibility and implement a document management system that incorporates, manages and facilitates access to archival documents over time.

The main administrative need that is to be satisfied with the contract for the archive service of the Oviedo and Gijón offices is the maintenance, with personnel specialized in archives, of the document and archive management system of the Public Entity.
