The subject of the contract includes: 1) delivery of a computer tomograph with parameters consistent with the limit parameters of the device, specified in Appendix. No. 2 to SWZ - OPZ point 1) Multi-row computed tomograph (list of required technical parameters of the device), together with the necessary equipment and software, to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (Partyzantów 2/4, Pruszków), transport of the contractor and at his expense, including loading, unloading and assembly at the place indicated by the Ordering Party, installation and commissioning of the delivered device, training of its users in the field of use, warranty and service during the warranty period and transfer to the Ordering Party of a non-exclusive and non-transferable license for an indefinite period for the installed software, as well as - before the expiry of the warranty period - service codes for the device and 2) adaptation of rooms for the installation of the device, in accordance with Appendix. No. 2 to SWZ - OPZ point 2) Adaptation of rooms for installation of the device.
