Contract for the design and construction of the expansion and adaptation of the Mechanical and Biological Treatment Unit of Palmela.

The present pre-contractual procedure is divided into two (two) lots, the objects and quantities of which are to be supplied are as follows:

— lot 1: design and construction contract for the adaptation of mechanical treatment (TM) in biological treatment (TB) capable of treating 10 000 tonnes,

— lot 2: design and construction contract to extend biological treatment (TB) to a treatment capacity of over 40 000 tonnes.
