This consultation is launched in an open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. This consultation concerns a contract for insurance services for the construction of the Maison internationale de la recherche (MIR) of the University of Cergy Paris, rue des Chênes Pourpres in Cergy (95,000). This is a construction of approximately 5,462 m 2 SDP. The building will develop on seven levels, including a mezzanine level with a maximum height of 24.40 m and on a ground right-of-way of approximately 1,095 m 2. The site is bordered by three pipelines under the Trapil oil system. These works prior to the operation must be the subject of protection works between February and September 2021, so prior to the construction of the MIR building.
