1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the organization of the exhibition stand of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship on April 17-21, 2023 at the Hannover Messe 2023 fair implemented as part of the project entitled: "Świętokrzyskie – hard to pronounce, easy to do business in".

3. The Ordering Party shall:

It has not divided the contract into lots and does not allow partial bids, since it is part of a year-round contract, and moreover, the construction of the exhibition stand as a comprehensive service is indivisible. The subject of the contract is to carry out a service consisting in the comprehensive execution of the stand from design, through execution, transport, assembly, technical service of the stand, to dismantling, and will also incur the costs associated with renting exhibition space at the fair, booking and paying for one parking space in the parking lot at the fair, registration of 12 entrepreneurs.

does not specify employment requirements based on an employment relationship,

in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Act and the requirements for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the PPL

does not reserve the right to apply for the award of the contract only by contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Act,

does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act,

does not provide for an on-site inspection and verification by the contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on site at the contracting authority,

does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement,

does not provide for an electronic auction,

does not provide for the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks referred to in Articles 60 and 121 of the PPL;

does not require submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogues or attaching electronic catalogues to the offer, in the situation specified in Article 93 of the Act,

does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, subject to Article 261 of the Act,

does not provide for the granting of advances for the performance of the contract.
