Delivery of a system for motion analysis and two dynamometric platforms for measuring the reaction forces of the ground with software, necessary for the implementation of scientific activities at the Institute of Mechanics and Machine Design and for the development of scientific cooperation with the Medical University of Gdańsk in the field of biomedical engineering and mechanical engineering.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a system for motion analysis and two dynamometric platforms for measuring the reaction forces of the substrate with software, necessary for the implementation of scientific activities at the Institute of Mechanics and Machine Design and for the development of scientific cooperation with the Medical University of Gdańsk in the field of biomedical engineering and mechanical engineering.

The subject of the contract includes m.in.

(a) Transport of the object of the contract to the place designated by the Contracting Authority and his insurance, until the Contracting Authority has been received without reservation.

b) The subject of the contract meets the technical parameters and requirements set out in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.

c) The subject of the contract delivered to the Ordering Party is brand new, free from legal and physical defects and ready for operation, without the need to make additional purchases and is not subject to any rights of third parties.

d) The contracting authority requires a guarantee of not less than 2 years (the guarantee is one of the criteria for selecting the most advantageous offer)

e) The Contractor undertakes to provide software support allowing to update the software for each system to the latest version for a minimum period of 12 months.

f) If the Contractor proposes a shorter warranty period, the offer will be rejected as not meeting the requirements of the Contracting Entity.
