The subject of the order is the supply of new, unused and unregenerated LED light fixtures and astronomical control clocks together with their partial installation in the territory of the municipality of Zabór in the villages Czarna, Dąbrowa, Droszków, Łaz, Milsko, Przytok, Tarnawa, Wielobłota, Zabór, Proczki as part of the task under the name: Construction of a walking and bicycle route along the provincial road no. 279 in the village of Leśniów Wielki and modernization of road lighting in the territory of the Zabór municipality. 1.1. 1.2. The task includes:

1.2.1. the Contractor's supply of 193 (one hundred and ninety-three) LED energy-saving luminaires and replacement of 193 (one hundred and ninety-three) point-for-point and sodium fixtures with energy-saving LED fixtures on the secreted estate of Zabór Municipality,

1.2.2. the Contractor's delivery of 14 (fourteen) astronomical control clocks with remote control on the GSM network and replacement of 14 (fourteen) old clocks with new ones,

1.2.3. delivery and replacement by the Contractor of the booms, including matching their length to new lighting fixtures on the secreted property of Zabór Municipality,

1.2.4. supply and replacement by the Contractor of security and cables for the frames in poles on the separated property of Zabór Municipality,

1.2.5. the performance by the Contractor of receiving electrical measurements in the field of anti-shock protection on the secreted property of the Municipality of Zabór,

1.2.6. transport and development of equipment and materials from dismantling in accordance with waste management regulations;

1.2.7. execution by the Contractor of post-construction documentation,

1.2.8. successive delivery by the Contractor for the period up to 30 September 2022 of a total of 412 (four hundred twelve) LED energy-saving fixtures, which will be mounted on the network owned by ENEA Group companies by the contractor established in the framework of a separate proceeding, according to the dispositions The Contracting Authority determining each time the number of fixtures subject to supply,

1.2.9. successive delivery by the Contractor for the period up to 30 September 2022 of a total of 19 (nineteen) astronomical control clocks with remote control on the GSM network which will be mounted on the network (equipment) owned by ENEA Group companies by the contractor established in within a separate procedure, in accordance with the Ordering Party's dispositions determining each time the number of fixtures subject to supply.

The Contracting Authority requires, and the Contractor undertakes to employ employees only on the basis of employment contracts within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code: equipment operators - including drivers and manually performing workers any work related to this proceeding.
