The subject of the agreement is to perform the function of an investor's supervision inspector on an investment task consisting in the replacement of the tartan surface with the delivery and replacement of part of the athletics equipment in the building of the Athletics Hall at 1a Chopina Street in Wałbrzych.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the Draft Agreement constituting an annex to the SWZ.
The subject of the agreement is to perform the function of an investor's supervision inspector on an investment task consisting in the replacement of the tartan surface with the delivery and replacement of part of the athletics equipment in the building of the Athletics Hall at 1a Chopina Street in Wałbrzych.
The scope of work to be carried out includes the execution of the following construction works:
a) Breaking the old polyurethane surface and its disposal by a company authorized to do so;
b) Making an inventory of the concrete foundation on the entire surface of the athletics hall facility and, where required, removing cracks and/or forging the foundation and making a new concrete screed with a thickness of at least 10 cm using C-25 concrete with reinforced dispersion;
c) Dismantling of old athletics equipment for pole vault, long jump and triple jump (except sandbox for long jump and triple jump);
d) Delivery and installation of new thresholds for long jump and triple jump for women and men
with the applicable WA (IAAF) and PZLA standards;
e) Delivery and installation of system sand catchers with safe edges for the long jump and triple jump sandbox with applicable WA (IAAF) and PZLA standards;
f) Making a synthetic surface with a thickness of at least 14 mm from full polyurethane (the so-called FULL PUR) without the participation of recycled or butyl granules in the colors agreed with the Ordering Party and maintaining thickened layers in accordance with the requirements of WA (IAAF), i.e. min. 20 mm for long jump and triple jump;
g) Execution of the line in accordance with the applicable standard of World Athletics (IAAF) and the Polish Athletics Association for the following athletics disciplines: 60 m, 80 m, 100 m, 100 m, long jump, triple jump;
h) Delivery and installation of the following devices: shot put viewport, compliant with the applicable standards of World Athletics (IAAF) and the Polish Athletics Association (PZLA); equipment for playing volleyball with sleeves.
(i) other works resulting from the technical documentation.
2) As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor's obligation will be:
a) Administration of contracts concluded by the Ordering Party with Contractors of Works on task.
b) Cooperation with the Ordering Party in the implementation of contracts concluded by the Ordering Party with the Institutions co-financing the task
c) Fulfilling in the place of the Ordering Party all obligations resulting from the implementation of the task, specified in the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Construction Law with executive acts.
d) Representing the Ordering Party during the period of performance of the Agreement before authorities, offices, courts, task partners and other institutions, including performing activities provided for in the Construction Law related to obtaining the required permits, decisions, notifications, opinions and approvals.
e) Performing full-industry investor supervision in accordance with Article 25 of the Construction Law:
f) Keeping records of expenditures and settlement of the task.
g) Performing the duties of the Supervision Inspector in the period preceding the construction of the construction, specified in § 4 of the draft contract.
h) Performing the duties of the Supervision Inspector during the construction period, specified in § 5 of the draft contract.
i) Performing the duties of the Supervision Inspector related to the acceptance of works separately for each school and commissioning for use, specified in § 6 of the draft contract.
j) Performing the duties of the Supervision Inspector during the warranty period for defects resulting from contracts concluded by the Ordering Party with the Contractors of Works, specified in § 7 of the draft contract.
k) Performing the duties of the Supervisory Inspector in the scope of financial support of the Task, specified in § 8 of the draft contract.
l) Cooperation with the Ordering Party in possible investigation and enforcement of damages or contractual penalties from participants participating in the implementation of the Task, for improper or untimely performance of contractual obligations and representing the Ordering Party in possible disputes, in order to defend the interests of the Ordering Party.
