Härnösand municipality intends to sign an agreement with a supplier for cleaning services of premises where the community administration's activities are conducted. The agreement includes that the Supplier is responsible for the total cleaning so that specified premises at the Client, from floor to ceiling, are regularly kept clean and fresh. The supplier is responsible for the daily cleaning/regular cleaning, deep cleaning, floor care and window cleaning. The performance of the service will be reconciled with a set target image and the Customer and Supplier shall actively cooperate to achieve this goal.

Härnösand Municipality, the Client, intends to sign an agreement with one (1) supplier for the performance of cleaning services in premises located within the Community Administration's area of operation. The supplier is responsible for the daily cleaning/regular cleaning, deep cleaning, floor care and window cleaning. The performance of the service will be reconciled with a set target image and the Customer and Supplier shall actively cooperate to achieve this goal.
