Provision of service F – Company mail 6 parts in the city: Skawina, Mielec, Nowy Targ, Ropczyce, Sędziszów Małopolski, Gorlice

The subject of the contract is the provision of Service F - consisting in the transport of Shipments containing postal items together with sending documents, under which the Contractor is obliged to:

- acceptance for carriage of Shipments containing Postal Items together with sending documents,

- loading of Consignments containing postal consignments with transmitting documents onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,

- unloading Shipments containing Postal Shipments together with sending documents from the vehicle at the place specified in the contract.

Providing Service F in Skawina - part 1

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Service F in the city of Skawina (administrative borders of the town of Skawina) - consisting in the transport of Shipments containing postal consignments together with sending documents, under which the Contractor is obliged to:

- acceptance for carriage of Shipments containing Postal Items together with sending documents,

- loading of Consignments containing postal consignments with transmitting documents onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,

- unloading Shipments containing Postal Shipments together with sending documents from the vehicle at the place specified in the contract.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the draft contract (Service Implementation Schedule), which constitutes Annex 3 to the SWZ, and in the table below:

Area – Skawina

Maximum number of served points (with option right) - 10 175

Number of served points covered by the basic order (70%) - 7 122

Number of served points covered by the option right (30%) - 3 053

3. The number of points (companies) according to the current state is: Area – Skawina - 42

4. Detailed rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

5. All cars designated by the Contractor for the implementation of the subject of the contract should meet the requirements in accordance with Annex 2 to the contract - Technical and utility parameters of vehicles, i.e.:

Category Ib vehicle

• Permissible gross weight not exceeding 3.5 tons.

• Closed body, preventing access by outsiders into the cargo compartment.

• Load capacity not less than 0.85 tons.

• Cargo compartment volume minimum 8 m3.

• Rear double-leaf door opening by an angle of min. 180º.

• Technically efficient vehicle, approved for use on public roads in accordance with separate regulations.

• The age of the vehicle on the day of conclusion of the contract must not exceed 12 years from the date of first registration of the vehicle.

• Aesthetic vehicle externally.

• Body in good condition, no damage or dents, paint coating in good condition.

•White.

• Cargo compartment clean (without foreign odors), free from other cargo, tight and protected against the possibility of damage to the Shipment and exposure to adverse environmental effects during movement.

6. Estimated number of vehicles necessary to perform the service: category Ib - number of vehicles – 2.

Providing Service F in the city in Mielec - part 2

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Service F in the city of Mielec (administrative area of the city of Mielec and the town of Wola Mielecka from the area of the Mielec poviat on the extension of Legionów Street, Złotniki from the area of the Mielec poviat on the extension of Kilińskiego Street, Chorzelów from the area of the Mielec poviat on the extension of Sienkiewicza Street) - consisting in the transport of Shipments containing postal consignments together with sending documents, under which the Contractor is obliged to:

- acceptance for carriage of Shipments containing Postal Items together with sending documents,

- loading of Consignments containing postal consignments with transmitting documents onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,

- unloading Shipments containing Postal Shipments together with sending documents from the vehicle at the place specified in the contract.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the draft contract (Service Implementation Schedule), which constitutes Annex 3 to the SWZ, and in the table below:

Area – Mielec

Maximum number of served points (with option right) - 5 500

Number of served points covered by the basic order (70%) - 3 850

Number of served points covered by the option right (30%) - 1 650

3.Number of points (companies) according to the current state is: Mielec – 36.

4. Detailed rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

5. All cars designated by the Contractor for the implementation of the subject of the contract should meet the requirements in accordance with Annex 2 to the contract - Technical and utility parameters of vehicles, i.e.:

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Service F in the city of Nowy Targ (administrative borders of Nowy Targ) - consisting in the transport of Shipments containing postal consignments together with sending documents, under which the Contractor is obliged to:

- acceptance for carriage of Shipments containing Postal Items together with sending documents,

- loading of Consignments containing postal consignments with transmitting documents onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,

- unloading Shipments containing Postal Shipments together with sending documents from the vehicle at the place specified in the contract.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the draft contract (Service Implementation Schedule), which constitutes Annex 3 to the SWZ, and in the table below:

Area – Nowy Targ

Maximum number of served points (with option rights) - 8 170

Number of served points covered by the basic order (70%) - 5 719

Number of served points covered by the option right (30%) - 2 451

3. The number of points (companies) according to the current state is: Nowy Targ – 39.

4. Detailed rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Service F in the city of Ropczyce (administrative borders of the city of Ropczyce) - consisting in the transport of Shipments containing postal consignments together with sending documents, under which the Contractor is obliged to:

- acceptance for carriage of Shipments containing Postal Items together with sending documents,

- loading of Consignments containing postal consignments with transmitting documents onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,

- unloading Shipments containing Postal Shipments together with sending documents from the vehicle at the place specified in the contract.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the draft contract (Service Implementation Schedule), which constitutes Annex 3 to the SWZ, and in the table below:

Area – Ropczyce

Maximum number of served points (with option right) - 1 085

Number of served points covered by the basic order (70%) - 760

Number of served points covered by the option right (30%) - 325

3. The number of points (companies) according to the current state is: Ropczyce – 9.

4. Detailed rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

5. All cars designated by the Contractor for the implementation of the subject of the contract should meet the requirements in accordance with Annex 2 to the contract - Technical and utility parameters of vehicles, i.e.:

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Service F of the city of Sędziszów Małopolski (administrative borders of the old town of Sędziszów Młp.) - consisting in the transport of Shipments containing postal consignments together with sending documents, under which the Contractor is obliged to:

- acceptance for carriage of Shipments containing Postal Items together with sending documents,

- loading of Consignments containing postal consignments with transmitting documents onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,

- unloading Shipments containing Postal Shipments together with sending documents from the vehicle at the place specified in the contract.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the draft contract (Service Implementation Schedule), which constitutes Annex 3 to the SWZ, and in the table below:

Area – Sędziszów Małopolski

Maximum number of served points (with option right) - 1 122

Number of served points covered by the basic order (70%) - 785

Number of served points covered by the option right (30%) - 337

3. The number of points (companies) according to the applicable state is: Sędziszów Małopolski – 6.

4. Detailed rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

5. All cars designated by the Contractor for the implementation of the subject of the contract should meet the requirements in accordance with Annex 2 to the contract - Technical and utility parameters of vehicles, i.e.:

Vehicle of category Ia:

- acceptance for carriage of Shipments containing Postal Items together with sending documents,

- loading of Consignments containing postal consignments with transmitting documents onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,

- unloading Shipments containing Postal Shipments together with sending documents from the vehicle at the place specified in the contract.

Area – Gorlice

Maximum number of served points (with option right) - 2 420
