The purpose of this contract is the supply of products for hot beverages with the provision of free dispensers without a coin mechanism for the CH d'Argonne de Sainte-Menehould and the nursing home of Vienne-Le-Château. The market is not allotted. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of the 2nd paragraph of Article R.2162-2 of the French Public Procurement Code, which is executed by issuing successive purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement is a single awardee and concluded with no minimum but a maximum. For each of the beneficiary Institution Parties, the estimated quantities are specified in the estimated quantities of needs (and freely available on the https://www.marchespublics.gouv.fr website). The maximum annual amount may not exceed 300% of the amount determined by the application of the prices to the estimated quantities
