The main objective of the contract is a total street renovation and establishing new buried infrastructure. The following are i.a. emphasised:

— District heating;

— Underground automated waste conveying systems;

— Water and sewage;

— Storm water;

— OPI;

— Cycle path;

— Slate surface;

— Power cable and pipe conduits.
