— 2 towers of 16no and 20no floors inc Academic Podium,

— All accommodation rooms are common size and en suite,

— Academic space, external envelopment and landscape are complete to Stage 4 Technical Design,

— Residential space design is complete to Stage 3 Schematic,

— Coordinated BIM available,

— Construction of Shell and Core and Fit-out,
