The construction site is on the outskirts of Neutraubling on a former field. The building has a basement throughout and is divided into a changing wing and a bathing hall. The roofs protrude over the facades in places and create protected outdoor areas in front of the entrance, the bistro and the lounging areas. The bathing hall is divided into the leisure and sports area. The wellness area with steam bath, adventure showers and relaxation area is located in the center of the building and forms a separation between the areas of leisure, family and sport. Schoolchildren and clubs can access the sports pool area directly via a separate entrance with collective changing rooms, hairdryer and club room.
