For the new construction of a 6-group day-care center in the Gisorsviertel of the municipality of Riegelsberg, the planning services for the technical equipment for the plant groups AGr 1-6, 8 according to § 53 HOAI are awarded. The contract for the property planning has already been awarded. The design provides for a II-storey building. The building has a gross floor area of around 1,330 m².
The construction budget required is currently estimated at EUR 2.6 million net for cost groups 200 to 600 according to DIN 276 (excluding ancillary construction costs).
Of the planned 6 groups, 2 groups are expected to be created for crèche children and 4 groups for kindergarten children. However, in order to be able to react flexibly and as needed in the future, all group rooms should be large enough to be used by both kindergarten and crèche children.
With regard to the schedule, it can be assumed that work will begin immediately after the contract has been awarded. Construction is scheduled to start in November 2021, and the project must be completed by the end of 2023 at the latest.
The municipality of Riegelsberg awards the planning services for the technical equipment of plant groups 1-6, 8 in accordance with Section 53 HOAI for the new construction of the Gisorsviertel daycare center in Riegelsberg. Plant group 7 will probably not be required. This will become apparent in the course of further project work.
The present order comprises the basic services of the aforementioned planning services for the technical equipment for the following service phases:
Performance level 1:
- Service phase 1: basic investigation,
- Service phase 2: preliminary design planning,
- Service phase 3: design planning,
- Service phase 4: approval planning.
The client reserves the right to award the following service phases as a second stage:
Performance level 2:
- Service phase 5: implementation planning,
- Service phase 6: preparation of the award,
- Service phase 7: Participation in the award,
- Service phase 8: property supervision - construction supervision and documentation,
- Service phase 9: property management.
There is a step-by-step assignment (performance level 1 and 2). The contractor has no legal claim to commissioning further service phases or an overall commissioning. In addition, the EnEV certificate is awarded as part of the services.
All information and available documents (preliminary draft - floor plans EG + UG, site plan, section) as well as the forms to be filled out are available on subreport. There are no other documents available that can be requested. Other services to be awarded are not part of this tender and will be awarded separately. At the same time as this tender, the structural engineering services are being tendered across the EU.
It is permissible for individual applicants to apply for both of these services. Double applications within the scope of this tender for the contract "Technical Equipment" to be awarded are not permitted. Multiple applications from a bidding consortium can lead to the exclusion of all affected offers if the applicant, the bidding consortium or the relevant competing member companies or bidding consortia can prove that the offers in question were created completely independently of each other, does not succeed.
