Supply of a 4x4 tractor type vehicle and implements, destined for the machinery park of the Diputación de Ourense

The delivery time of the tractor and associated implements is established in a maximum of 360 days, counting from the formalization, in administrative document, of the relevant contract, being all the costs derived from said delivery on behalf of the successful bidder, in accordance with the provisions of articles 300 and 304 of the LCSP. However, the deadline set by the successful tenderer in his tender will be taken into account if it is lower than that outlined above. The tractor and associated implements will be delivered to the facilities of the Machinery Park of the Diputación de Ourense, located on Calle 5, of the Industrial Estate of San Cibrao das Viñas 32901, San Cibrao das Viñas, Ourense. The vehicle will be delivered registered, with all the necessary documentation for its circulation and legalized all the components and accessories contemplated and as well as others that could be part of the equipment. With the delivery of the machine, the required documentation will be provided in the PCAP.
