EWE intends to make the support of applications in the area of IT service management for Omnitracker more service-oriented on the basis of ITIL. The goal is to make application management in its service (AMS) needs-based and secure in deployment. For this purpose, an operating contract and service certificate specifically geared to ITIL service provision have been drawn up, which will form the basis of the offers to be submitted. The service note specifies the required quantity and quality of the services. In order to ensure a proper transition to the AMS, a transition should be carried out.
