The subject of the Order is:

- a service consisting in the resumption of border signs, designation and stabilization of border points of cadastral plots constituting the outer edge of the road lane, with the preparation of the necessary documentation regarding the road lane in the GDDKiA Branch in Opole along with the change of land use and marking with witnesses "road lane", in special cases determining the course of borders and recording the established border points along with the preparation of documentation regarding the seizure road lane in accordance with the applicable legal regulations listed in point VII of the OPZ, as well as stabilization of witnesses of concrete border signs and

- the service of making topographic descriptions of reference points located on the territory of national roads of the Opolskie Voivodeship according to the list.

The subject of the contract covered by task No. 1 is:

- a service consisting in the resumption of border signs, designation and stabilization of border points of cadastral plots constituting the outer edge of the road lane, with the preparation of the necessary documentation regarding the road lane in the GDDKiA Branch in Opole along with the change of land use and marking with witnesses "road lane", in special cases determining the course of borders and recording the established border points along with the preparation of documentation regarding the seizure road lane in accordance with the applicable legal regulations listed in point VII of the OPZ, as well as stabilization of witnesses of concrete border signs and

- the service of making topographic descriptions of reference points located on the territory of national roads.

The service under task No. 1 covers the road network in the area of operation of the Głubczyce and Kędzierzyn-Koźle poviats, i.e. national roads:

- No. 38/38a km 0.000 - 41.987, - No. 40 km 53.852 - 59.304, - No. 40b km 0.000 - 4.934, - No. 40 km 66.618 - 69.900, - No. 45/45b km 34.785 - 63.763 and 31 reference points for the topographic description .

The subject of the contract covered by task No. 2 is:

- a service consisting in the resumption of border signs, designation and stabilization of border points of cadastral plots constituting the outer edge of the road lane, with the preparation of the necessary documentation regarding the road lane in the GDDKiA Branch in Opole along with the change of land use and marking with witnesses "road lane", in special cases determining the course of borders and recording the established border points along with the preparation of documentation regarding the seizure road lane in accordance with the applicable legal regulations listed in point VII of the OPZ, as well as stabilization of witnesses of concrete border signs and

- the service of making topographic descriptions of reference points located on the territory of national roads.

The service under task No. 2 covers the road network in the area of operation of the Opole and Brest poviats, i.e. motorway and national roads:

- A4 km 218,100 – 242,002,

- No. 46 km 72,686 – 79,031 and km 88,800 – 96,780,

- NR 39 km 40.542 – 68.873

and 19 reference points for the topographic description.

- a service consisting in the resumption of border signs, designation and stabilization of border points of cadastral plots constituting the outer edge of the road lane, with the preparation of the necessary documentation regarding the road lane in the GDDKiA Branch in Opole along with the change of land use and marking with witnesses "road lane", in special cases determining the course of borders and recording the established border points along with the preparation of documentation regarding the seizure road lane in accordance with the applicable legal regulations listed in point VII of the OPZ, as well as stabilization of witnesses of concrete border signs and

- the service of making topographic descriptions of reference points located on the territory of national roads.

The service under task No. 3 covers the road network in the area of operation of the Olesno poviat, i.e. national roads:

- NR 42 km 57,700 – 73,197,

- NR 43 km 16.026 – 23.261

and 7 reference points for the topographic description.
