The Private Foundation of the Hospital de la Santa Cruz y Santo Pablo needs to provide the services of a surveillance service management company, access control and other related services in the Modernist Site of the Private Foundation Hospital de la Santa Cruz y Santo Pablo, with environmental and social procurement measures responsible, for the period of one year. The remaining tenderer obliged to carry out the reference service, in accordance with the conditions determined in this Statement of Clauses as well as with all those obligations provided for in the Technical Specifications.

The surveillance and control service is used to guarantee the high standards of safety and quality of the room of the workers of the Modernist Centre in its pavilions and tourists during their visits to the various exhibitions as minutes that take place there, since the active protection of persons such as of the patrimonial lambs of the RM. At the same time, possible special operations are envisaged in connection with incidents that may arise relating to ongoing work, maintenance tasks in the pavilions, monitoring the development of minutes, which would require guidance and support with regard to agglomerations and accesses, which would minimize the impact of tourists visiting the RM and the staff who work.
