At Gymnasium Weilheim a replacement building for the existing old gymnasiums will be built. The old gymnasiums are to be demolished.
The district of Weilheim-Schongau is now planning the construction of three new sports hall units.
It is preferred to find a solution for "2 + 1", ie the construction of a two-gym and a single hall.
A construction with "3x1", ie the construction of three single halls on top of each other, should however be investigated as a variant in the preliminary design planning and compared to the cost of the 2 + 1 solution.
The Zweifachturnhalle was to be designed as a "competition-ready" hall (32 x 27 m) with a clear height of 7 m as well as a small grandstand / spectator area.
Currently, the total costs amount to approx. EUR 8.0 million gross (Kgr. 200-700, DIN 276) plus costs for the demolition of the existing gym as well as connection work to the existing stock.

Should the district decide on the "3x1 solution" on the basis of the economic feasibility study, this should be followed up on a planning basis.

Commissioning at the beginning of the school year 2022/23 is planned.
For the construction measures described, the services of structural engineering are to be awarded in accordance with §§ 49 ff. HOAI.
The services are commissioned gradually.
First, in the 1st commissioning stage, the basic services of service phases 1 and 2 (basic determination and preliminary planning) as well as the special service "Setting up comparative calculations for several possible solutions under different object conditions" for the planning variant of the construction of three new "stacked" hall units (= "3x1 ") instructed.
The performance phases 3-6 are retrieved in stages. A legal claim to total commission does not exist.
