The purpose of this consultation is to produce the Energy Master Plan for the 6 University Hospital Groups (GHU) and the Non-GHU, Common Interest Centres, and Headquarters of the Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) necessary for the needs of the Risk, Energy-Sustainable Development Department of the Real Estate and Investments Department of the AP-HP headquarters. To do so, the incumbent will have to collect all the audits carried out by the 6 GHUs, the PICs, excluding the GHU and the head office. As a reminder, a consultation for the head office is currently being carried out. This consultation is a contract for Intellectual Services
