this contract concerns internal cleaning services for buildings and the interior and exterior windows of communal buildings in the City of Pecq.

the procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code.

The services are divided into 2 lots. Each lot will be subject to a separate contract. Candidates have the option of submitting bids for one, several or all lots

lot 1 includes two types of services:

Lump sum and permanent services concluded at a global and fixed price (services whose rhythm may be daily and/or weekly and/or multi-weekly and/or monthly etc.) and services with purchase orders in application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code of Public Ordering in because it is impossible for the contracting authority to define the pace and extent of needs.

For lot 1 - purchase order services, the minimum and maximum orders per period is fixed at:

- for periods of 12 months (in euros excluding taxes):

Minimum amount: 15000

maximum amount: 70000

- for the last renewal period of 6 months (In euros excluding taxes):

Minimum amount: 7,500

maximum amount: 35,000

Purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as and when required.

This contract is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from its entry into force on 1 May 2022, subject to notification. It can be renewed twice in a successive 12-month period, then once for a final period of 6 months. The overall duration of the contract may not exceed 3 years and 6 months. The renewal of the market is tacit. If the contracting authority decides not to renew the contract, it shall notify the contract holder at least 4 months before the end of the period of validity of the contract.

lot 2 includes only purchase order services pursuant to articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code relating to public procurement.

For lot 2, the minimum and maximum orders per period is set at:

- for periods of 12 months (in euros excluding taxes):

Minimum amount 3,000

Maximum amount 25,000

- for the last renewal period of 6 months (In euros excluding taxes):

Minimum amount 1,500

Maximum amount 12,500

Purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as and when required.
