The assignment consists of carrying out the Collective Demand-Based Transport (hereinafter: CVV) and carrying out the journey acceptance of the CVV from and in 18 municipalities in the Eindhoven Metropolitan Area and the province of Noord-Brabant.

Taxbus is a closed transport system that is only accessible to pass holders indicated for this by participating municipalities, such as WMO customers and the elderly. In addition, Taxbus is open to public transport customers without indication in the municipality of Helmond.

The contract is divided into five lots, each of which is contracted separately:
