The National Lottery wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier for the supply of transport boxes in which its scratch tickets are sent, known as “shipping boxes”. The average number of boxes per year is 270,000. This estimate, based on historical information, aims to give the most balanced indication of the expected size of the market. Due to various factors, the actual market size may be either (significantly) larger or (significantly) smaller. No rights can therefore be deducted from this estimate.
