The purpose of this consultation is to provide high-resolution coastal wind observation products on the ocean surface (Hr-Winds). This service will produce, from satellite data from the ground segment of space agencies, level 3 products containing estimates of near-surface ocean winds, covering European coastal areas, which will eventually be integrated into the Copernicus Marine Service as part of the Ocean Winds Thematic Assembly Centre (wind tac).
