1. The subject of the order is “Reception, export and management of large-sized waste, biodegradable and used tires from the territory of the City and Spa Municipality of Muszyna”.
2. The Ordering Party authorizes submission of partial tenders for individual tasks:
A.TASK NO. 1 LARGE WASTE — COLLECTION, EXPORT AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE
B.TASK NO. 2 BIODEGRADABLE WASTE — COLLECTION, EXPORT AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE
C.TASK NO. 3 WASTE CONSUMED TYRES — RECEPTION, EXPORT AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE
For a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, see Chapter IV of the Specification of the Conditions of Order (SWZ) and the proposed contractual provisions, which are Annex 6 to the SWZ.
TASK NO. 1 LARGE WASTE — COLLECTION, EXPORT AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE1) The subject of the contract includes the provision of reception, export and disposal services
large waste in quantity of approx. 350,00 Mg (tonnes), in accordance with the requirements laid down
in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012, together with implementing acts.
2) The Contractor shall, in particular, be obliged to:
(a) delivery in the designated place in the City and Spa Municipality of Muszyna
min. two containers with a capacity of min. 30-35 m3 for waste export;
(b) the receipt of waste classified in the catalogue of waste under codes 20 03 07,
c) successive reception of two filled containers, in place of received
containers containing waste, leave the same amount of empty containers.
The Contracting Authority shall report to the Contractor the need to export waste by telephone. Reception
will be held from the place designated by the Ordering Party in the City
and the Muszyna Spa Municipality, among others from the Selective Waste Collection Point
Municipal in Muszyn and Powroźnik, on working days during the working hours of the Ordering Party,
i.e. Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 15:00. Waste loading work to
containers are performed by the Ordering Party;
d) as part of the collection process, the Contractor undertakes to take a photo of cars
used for the transport of empty containers for replacement and for loading on these
cars of waste containers;
(e) the export and disposal of bulky waste.
3) It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure:
(a) permanent and readable marking of cars, in a prominent place, the name of the company and
address details and telephone number of the Contractor;
(b) protection against uncontrolled extrication of waste,
during their storage, handling and transport;
c) a vehicle structure that will protect against dissolving and spraying
transported waste and minimize the impact of atmospheric factors on
waste;
(d) vehicles for the transport of waste which meet the detailed requirements for
vehicles, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013
on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from
property owners.
1) In the year 2022 from the area of the City and Spa Municipality Muszyna is planned to be transported
estimated approx. 350.00 tonnes of waste.
2) The Ordering Party also reserves the possibility of delivering waste by its own transport,
having previously reported this fact to the Contractor.
3) As part of the implementation of this order, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of
the option right referred to in Article 441 (1) of the Pzp, to the extent of which the Contracting Authority
provides for an increase in the provision of waste collection, export and disposal services
in a quantity of not more than 25% of the basic order covered by this task.
4) Both regarding the scope of the basic order and the optional scope
the Ordering Party reserves the option to order services in more or more
scope, as well as increase or decrease the quantity and change the type of service depending on
the needs of the Contracting Authority (relative to the quantities specified in the offer form) within the framework
contractual remuneration. Contracting Authority in the context of the basic contract
guarantees the performance of 50% of the value of this order range.

TASK NO 2 BIODEGRADABLE WASTE — COLLECTION, EXPORT AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE1) The subject of the contract is the provision of reception, export and disposal service
municipal waste biodegradable in the quantity of approx. 30,00 Mg (tonnes) to RIPOK for installations
KOMPOSTECH in Nowy Sącz, in accordance with the requirements laid down in the law on waste
dated 14 December 2012 together with the implementing acts. The subject of the order includes
waste classified under codes: 20 02 01, 20 01 08.
2) As part of the execution of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall
2.1) Reception of biodegradable municipal waste from the site indicated by
The Ordering Party in the City and Spa Municipality of Muszyna,
2.2) Export of municipal biodegradable waste adapted for this purpose
by transport.
2.3) Leave to load containers on the loading plaza by photo them
from carriers/motor vehicles.
3) Loading work of biodegradable waste into containers is carried out by the Ordering Party.
4) The Contracting Authority shall by telephone report to the Contractor the need to export waste
biodegradable. Reception of waste will take place from the site designated by
The Ordering Party in the Municipality of Muszyna on working days during the working hours of the Ordering Party,
i.e. Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 15:00.
5) It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure:

TASK NO 3 WASTES CONSUMED TYRES — RECEPTION, EXPORT AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE1) As part of the execution of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged

territory of the City and Spa Municipality of Muszyna. The subject of the order includes waste
classified under codes: 16 01 03.
2) The Contracting Authority contracts and the Contractor undertakes to the development in the manner of which
referred to in paragraph 4 of waste in a quantity of approx. 12,00 Mg (tonnes).
3) Contractor undertakes to deliver containers with capacity to the designated place
min. 30-35 m3 for the export of waste. Containers will be successively after filling received.
4) As part of the execution of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall
4.1) Receiving waste from the place indicated by the Contracting Authority in question
in paragraph 1 and their transport to recovery or disposal points.
4.2) Mechanical treatment of received waste.
4.3) Development of secondary raw materials from received waste.
4.4) Disposal of residues from mechanical treatment of received waste.
4.5) Positions for loading by the Container of containers on the loading square
through a photo of them with carriers/motor vehicles.
5) Loading work of waste into containers is carried out by the Ordering Party.
6) Any costs associated with the performance of services constituting the obligation of the Contractor,
including the cost of loading containers containing waste on cars for transport
shall be borne by the Contractor.
7) The Contractor undertakes each time to receive waste from the Selective Collection Point
Municipal waste leave at the site of collection, in place of received containers
containing waste, the same amount of empty containers.
8) As part of the collection activity, the Contractor commits to the photo of the servant cars
for transporting empty containers for replacement and for loading on these cars
containers with waste.
9) The Contractor undertakes to receive and transport to recovery sites or
disposal of containers containing waste after information about filling them in how
shortest time not later than one working day from Monday to Friday inclusive,
except for days off work with the Ordering Party. Reception of waste will follow
in the hours from 7.00-15.00. In addition, the Contractor undertakes to receive waste
and transport of such waste to recovery or disposal sites for each application
The Contracting Authority, in the quantity of containers containing waste indicated in the declaration. In such
Accident reception will take place on the next day after the notification, in hours
from 7.00-15.00, regardless of the reception provided for in the previous sentence.
10) It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure:
(a) protection against uncontrolled discharge outside of waste,
during their storage, handling and transport;
b) a vehicle structure that will protect against dissolving and spraying
transported waste and minimize the impact of atmospheric factors on
waste;
(c) vehicles for the transport of waste which meet the detailed requirements for
vehicles, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013
on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from
property owners.
