1. The subject of the contract is the investment task: “Reconstruction/renovation of the city stadium in Skierniewice” which includes the execution of:

a) Construction of a football field with a canopy in the city stadium in Skierniewice

b) Redevelopment/renovation of the city stadium in Skierniewice.

The scope of the investment includes the execution of construction works in accordance with the attached design documentation and errata to the project, which are Annex 8 to the SWZ.

Ad (a) “Construction of a football field with a canopy in the city stadium in Skierniewice” with the deadline of implementation of 250days

Ad (b) “Redevelopment/renovation of the city stadium in Skierniewice” with the deadline of implementation of 500days

b) Redevelopment/renovation of the city stadium in Skierniewice.

The scope of the investment includes the execution of construction works in accordance with the attached design documentation and errata to the project, which are Annex 8 to the SWZ.

Ad (a) “Construction of a football field with a canopy in the city stadium in Skierniewice” with a deadline of implementation of 250days in the range of:

- construction of a football field with dimensions of 68x105m and artificial grass pavement,

- construction of a pneumatic hall with dimensions of 68x105m together with power equipment,

- the execution of the ballsaws of the pitch,

- execution of irrigation system pitch,

- the implementation of the internal supply line for the pneumatic canopy,

- installation of 3 storage containers,

- installation of sports equipment,

- landscaping.

Attention:

Paving documents to be provided to the contracting authority during the execution of works:

• Test report carried out by a specialized laboratory (e.g. Labosport or ISASport or Sports Labs Ltd, Ercat), concerning the offered system i.e. pavement + filling + cushioning mat, confirming the compatibility of its parameters with FIFA Quality Programme for Football Turf (edition 2015) for Quality Pro and Quality level and confirming the minimum parameters of the offered synthetic grass specified by the Ordering Party. The research contractor must be licensed by FIFA and listed on FIFA's official website (www.fifa.com) as “FIFA Preferred Producers”.

• FIFA Quality Pro Certificate

• Test of the complete system for compliance with EN 15330-1:2013 /PN-EN 15330-1:2014

• Technical card of the pavement offered, certified by its manufacturer, confirming the minimum parameters required by the Contracting Authority to the extent not covered by other required documents.

• PZH Atest or equivalent for offered pavement, filling and cushioning mat for closed and open objects

• Authorization of the manufacturer of synthetic grass, issued to the contractor for the executed investment together with confirmation of the guarantee granted by the manufacturer for this surface.

• Test confirming that the entire pavement system (grass with filling and mat) meets the requirements of PN-EN 13501-1+A 1:2010 standard for mine-class floor materials. Bfl-s1 as a material is difficult to inflamed.

• Laboratory report confirming the safety of the filling for compliance with EN71-3 and DIN 18035-7:2014 -10

• Sample grass min. 15 x 20cm, prefabricated mat min. 15 x 20cm and fill min. 100g

Ad (b) “Redevelopment/renovation of the city stadium in Skierniewice” with a deadline of implementation of 500days in the range of:

• construction of the main football field with dimensions of 78x115m, an area of 8970m2 including:

- execution of irrigation system pitch,

- execution of the drainage system of the pitch,

- making a pitch surface made of natural grass from sowing,

- the execution of the ballsaws of the pitch,

- the execution of the panel system fence,

- installation of sports equipment,

- complete electrical installation, among others (delivery and installation of two LED screens, pitch lighting, monitoring system),

NOTE: Temporary technical container (described in the executive design of the electrical industry) for lighting control is not included in the scope of works. Lighting control will be located in the club building.

• construction of a side training pitch measuring 30x85mb, an area of 2550m2 including:

- execution of irrigation system pitch,

- production of natural grass pavement from sowing,

- the execution of the ballsaws of the pitch,

- the execution of the panel system fence,

- installation of sports equipment,

- installation of pitch lighting with three lamps,
