The Hanseatic City of Anklam is planning the new building for the Regional Information and Tourism Centre (RITZ) as part of the overall project to rebuild and renovate St. Nicholas Church and integrate the Otto Lilienthal Museum.
For the new building of the RITZ, an elongated east-west structure with two above-ground floors, a basement and a flat roof with dimensions of approx. 62m x 9m in plan is planned.
