Circulus-Berkel carries out daily activities in the public space of the municipality of Lochem, including mowing roadsides, rough grass and ditches.

By tendering this contract, Circulus-Berkel wishes to outsource the mowing activities to a reliable partner. Through the multi-year commitment, Circulus-Berkel hopes to gain ownership of the contracted contractor and the effects of ecological mowing management.

Experience shows that the mowing activities have an annual contract value of approximately EUR 250,000 excluding VAT. Turnover guarantees do not apply.

The scope of the contract may change as a result of area changes and budget changes.

The client reserves the right to assign work to third parties that is not described in specifications CB-BR-2021-01, but similar to those in these specifications.
