Jean Monnet in Ollioules. The meals are intended for children of kindergarten, elementary and adults (supervisors, teachers, communal staff). The operating period is set on the school week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). As an indication, the volume of meals on school time was established in fiscal 2017/2018 at 20,076 distributed as follows: kindergarten: 9,521 - elementary: 10,553 - adult: 2 for a number of classes of: 3 for the nursery school, 4 for primary school. For the 2019/2020 school year, the number of classes will be: 3 for kindergarten and 4 for primary. Quantities are subject to change depending on the workforce.
