1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the Contracting Authority as part of a joint contract carried out for the City of Poznań, its organizational units, as well as other entities belonging to the purchasing group (51 participants of the purchasing group indicated in point III.1.1) letter a) SWZ).

2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have concluded an agreement with the Distribution System Operator (DSO), i.e. Enea Operator Sp. z o. o. and PKP Energetyka for the provision of electricity distribution services by DSOs (applies to Contractors who are not the owner of the distribution network).

3. The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts:

a) Part I: Group purchase of electricity for 2024

b) Part II: Group purchase of electricity for 2025

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the Contracting Authority as part of a joint contract carried out for the City of Poznań, its organizational units, as well as other entities belonging to the purchasing group (51 participants of the purchasing group indicated in point III.1.1) letter a) SWZ).

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have concluded an agreement with the Distribution System Operator (DSO), i.e. Enea Operator Sp. z o. o. and PKP Energetyka for the provision of electricity distribution services by DSOs (applies to Contractors who are not the owner of the distribution network).

3. Group purchase of electricity for 2024:

- The specification of electricity consumption by individual consumption points belonging to the Ordering Party is given in Annex 2a to the SWZ,

- the total volume of electricity for the entire purchasing group is 102 758.637 MWh,

- The list of types of pick-ups for participants is attached as Annex 2.1a to the SWZ,

- The list of tariffs for types of receipts is attached as Annex 2.2a to the SWZ,

- The division into zones is indicated in Annex 3 a to the SWZ,

- A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the model contracts, constituting Annexes 4a-54a to the SWZ;

- The list of tariffs for types of receipts is attached as Annex 2.2b to the SWZ,

- The division into zones is indicated in Annex 3 b to the SWZ,

- A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the model contracts constituting Annexes 4b-54b to the SWZ.
