The contracting authorities wish to appoint a suitably qualified entity to provide a full planning consultancy service. The successful Tenderer will provide assistance to the contracting authorities in delivering their respective development programs. A detailed scope of services required is provided in Document 02 – Scope of Services – Planning Consultant.

Contract period: 2 years with options to extend for 2 periods of 12 months.

To consider capacity issues the contracting authorities maintain the right to appoint a reserve consultant to be called off as required dependent on capacity issues or any conflict of interest.

It is envisaged that each contracting authority which is party to the contract will, as the need arises, issue the contractor with a service order in respect of any services required.
