The subject of this award procedure BW 02/21 "Level 2 (V.02)" is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the procurement of server systems. The Contribution Service intends to conclude a framework server agreement with the most economical bidder with a fixed term until 31.01.2025 and the possibility of two renewals for one year each on the same terms. The server framework agreement will include the purchase, delivery and maintenance of the following server systems, including additional components from Fujitsu:
- Primergy Rack Server RX.
During the fixed term of the Master Server Agreement, the Contribution Service will call up a guaranteed minimum purchase quantity of 15 RX2540 M6 server systems and 8 RX2530 M6 server systems.
The forecast maximum purchase quantity (without purchase obligation) during the entire term of the contract (including extension options) is expected to be
- 70 2U server systems of type RX2540 M6 or successor
- 40 1U server systems of type RX2530 M6 or later.

The Contractor will receive individual orders for the purchase and maintenance of the named product categories.
For this purpose, the contribution service creates configuration files with the current configuration tool and transmits them to the contractor as an fjwa file or in Excel format.
Technical Service Description
1U and 2U server systems from Fujitsu in various configurations with maintenance and support for 60 months, both for hardware and server-related software products.
Due to technological change, the configurations will be determined separately for each individual call during the term of the framework agreement.
