The Procurement Services of the City of Turku's Group Administration will request tenders for sports equipment to be procured for the City of Naantali, the City of Kaarina, the Municipality of Vehmaa and the City of Turku for racing and training use for the period 1.4.2023 (target) - 31.3.2025, after which, by the client's decision, the contract can be extended on the original terms with a maximum of two (2) one (1) year options.
The purchase is divided into racing equipment and training equipment. There are 7 target groups under the racing equipment and 13 target groups under the training equipment.
For each target group, the procurement is contracted with one (1) supplier.
Contracting entities do not commit themselves to a specific quantity or value of the contract.
Occasional, individual procurements can also be ordered from other suppliers to a small extent due to availability factors or in connection with project and development projects.
The customer reserves the opportunity to put larger equipment and product entities out to tender separately.
