1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: "Insurance service of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management - National Research Institute in the field of property insurance and civil liability, divided into 4 parts".

2. The subject of the order has been divided into 4 Parts.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found respectively for a given part of the contract, in Annex 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract - Required scope of insurance.

Part No. 1 of the contract – "Property and civil liability insurance".

The scope of the service includes in particular:

a) property insurance, i.e.:

- insurance of the Ordering Party's property against all risks, including insurance of the Ordering Party's property against burglary and robbery (limits for the first risk as part of property insurance against all risks);

- insurance of the Ordering Party's electronic equipment against all risks;

- casco insurance of rolling stock - floating property of the Ordering Party together with insurance of the consequences of accidents of the rolling stock crew (floating property), passengers, including persons taking part in measurements;

- insurance of construction machinery against damage.

b) civil liability insurance, i.e.:

- general liability insurance of the Ordering Party for conducting business activity and/or possession, use of property;

- shipowner's liability insurance (OCO);

- professional liability insurance of the Ordering Party (OCZ).

Lot No 2 of the contract — 'Compulsory insurance against civil liability of air carriers, groundhandling undertakings and air navigation service providers'.

Lot No. 3 of the order – "Motor insurance".

The scope of the service includes the following types of risks:

a) civil liability insurance (OC) of motor vehicle owners for damage caused in connection with the use of these vehicles in the Republic of Poland and civil liability insurance of motor vehicle owners for damage caused in foreign traffic;

b) motor vehicle motor vehicle in motion and parking (AC) insurance and theft thereof (KR);

c) accident insurance (NNW);

d) Assistance insurance (ASS).

The scope of the service includes the following types of risks:

(a) Aerocasco insurance for flying devices weighing up to 25 kg;

(b) civil liability insurance of the operator of unmanned aircraft.
