Cleaning services (maintenance and basic cleaning) for the Altlandsberg City School, part of the secondary school on the Altlandsberg secondary school campus
A. Maintenance cleaning:
All services are in accordance with the service description (specification, cycle and procedure)
to provide. The frequency of cleaning can be found in Appendix II. All wipeable coverings
are to be swept beforehand or preferably vacuumed; This is followed by a wet wiping process
(two-step method) or equivalent method (to be explained). The
appropriate cleaning and care instructions for the respective floor covering must be provided
(e.g. special features of rubber). In the case of large areas, a mechanical
Cleaning recommended. Textile coverings are to be vacuumed. Special features are the following
SOW.
Explanations of cleaning frequencies:
Daily = applies to every school day
every 2nd day = 1st week: Mon, Wed, Fri / 2nd week: Tue, Thu
2x weekly = e.g. Tue, Thu
1x weekly = e.g. Wed
The specific cleaning days and times are to be agreed with the school management.***
1. Daily cleaning:
? Thorough cleaning of the floor coverings according to the system
? Dirt control mats or dirt trap zone burst vacuuming; Doormats, textile coverings

? Emptying the wastebaskets/waste bins into the collection bins/garbage containers
? Equipping the waste bins, wastepaper baskets with appropriate bags
? Clean the outside of the towel, disinfectant and soap dispenser
? Washbasins or sinks, fittings, mirrors, shelves, urinals, toilet bowls and

? Cleaning of the waterless urinals with the use of a special cleaner (used by the

? Cleaning handrails, railings with a damp cloth - cleaning light switches, window sills with a damp cloth
? Grip marks on door handles, doors, frames, walls up to 1.80m due to damp cleaning

? Completely wet clean partitions in the sanitary area

Client)
4. Cleaning of all areas 1x monthly:

? Wet clean doors, door handles and door frames over the entire surface
? Remove grip marks on doors, frames, walls over 1.80m by damp cleaning
? Clean fire extinguishers, door signs, sockets with a damp cloth
? Dusting radiators or cleaning them with a damp cloth
? Intensive cleaning of skirting boards and baseboards
? thorough cleaning of student desks, cleared desks or window sills,
Wiping phones with a damp cloth, brushing/vacuuming upholstered furniture
? dusting of the horizontal free cabinet surfaces up to 1.80 m high picture frames,

5. Cleaning if necessary (applies to all areas according to Appendix II):
