Tender for open framework agreements for the supply of charging infrastructure including maintenance for the companies of the Thüga Group in - DC charging stations

The Thüga Group is the largest network of municipal energy providers in Germany and works closely together in the area of procurement in order to make good use of synergy effects.

A negotiation procedure with an upstream participation competition according to VgV § 17 is carried out.

The call for tenders aims to conclude framework agreements from which all Thüga shareholdings entitled to subscribe can call up the required services in their own name and on their own account.

The framework agreements to be concluded are concluded with Thüga AG. As part of the competition, applicants will be selected who will be admitted to the negotiation process. There is no purchase obligation.
