Øvre Romerike Innkjøpssamarbeid invites tenderers to a tender contest for the delivery of Medical consumables. The Contracting Authorities shall use the procurement to cover the at any given time prevailing need for medical consumables to the municipalities user locations.

The volume of this delivery is approximately 12 000 000 NOK per year. The volume will depend on the contracting authority's budget situation, activities and other influences, and the historical purchase volumes should therefore only be used as a guide.

The tenderer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery is in accordance with Norwegian laws and regulations, and that the delivery is otherwise in accordance with the order from the user. The tenderer is responsible for the sub supplier's deliveries in the same way that he is for his own deliveries.
