Multi-supplier framework for Passenger Lift maintenance, servicing, repair services and associated services to Advantage SW Members who choose to access the framework.

Lot 1 — Advantage SW multi-supplier Lot, subsequent mini-competitions.

Lot 2 — Cornwall Housing direct award (currently 13 lifts).

Lot 3 — Westward Housing direct award (currently 34 lifts).

Lot 4 — Yarlington Housing direct award (currently 12 lifts).

Maintenance, repair and associated services for passenger lifts. We will award a multi-supplier framework from which our Members (those who wish to access the framework) will run mini-competitions for their own specific requirements.

Direct award Lot for Cornwall Housing. We will award a 4 year multi-supplier framework (min. 2 companies) with Cornwall Housing awarding a multi-year contract as specified in the procurement documents to the company in 1st place.

Direct award Lot for Westward Housing. We will award a 4 year multi-supplier framework (min. 2 companies) with Westward Housing awarding a multi-year contract as specified in the procurement documents to the company in 1st place.

Direct award Lot for Yarlington Housing. We will award a 4 year multi-supplier framework (min. 2 companies) with Yarlington Housing awarding a multi-year contract as specified in the procurement documents to the company in 1st place.
