Andel Holding A/S needs to be able to enter into agreements with external consultants within SAP IT consulting and project assistance. On this basis, a framework agreement is offered. It is Andel Holding A/S that is listed as the contracting entity of the framework agreement, while affiliated companies can use the framework agreement, and will subsequently have the opportunity to enter into separate Supply or Project contracts with the suppliers under the framework agreement. These affiliated companies are listed in Appendix 4.

The tender thus includes all the companies listed in the tender notice and the companies listed in Appendix 4 under Andel. Cerius and Radius have a specific exclusive right under the activity provided for in Article 9 of the Utilities Directive. The contract in question is linked to these activities and is therefore put out to tender.

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the purchase of consultants in the areas of development, operation and maintenance of SAP technologies. This also includes tasks related to architecture, testing and implementation, so that consultants can be part of the client's development teams and assist with resources and specialist skills, including being part of DevOps teams. In addition, the tender concerns consultants for tasks with operational support and maintenance of IT systems, integrations, services as well as security and infrastructure components. Thus, the tender concerns IT consultants in different employee categories with competencies in a number of SAP technology areas.
