The purpose of this consultation is to ensure the maintenance of the green spaces of the courts of the jurisdiction of the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal, the judicial districts within the jurisdiction of the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal. Provence are spread over 3 departments.

This lot No. 1 concerns the jurisdictions of Bouches-du-Rhône distributed in the following districts and whose addresses are listed in Appendix I of the CCATP:

- Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence,

- the judicial district of Aix-en-Provence,

- the judicial district of Marseille,

- the judicial district of Tarascon.

This lot 2 concerns the jurisdictions of the Alpes-Maritimes distributed in the following districts and whose addresses are listed in Appendix I of the CCATP:

- the judicial district of Nice,

- the judicial district of Grasse.

This lot 3 concerns the Var jurisdictions spread over the following districts and whose addresses are listed in the CCATP Annex I:

- the judicial district of Toulon,

- the judicial district of Draguignan.
