As part of the overall measure, the construction of a local heating network consisting of a glass energy center, an ice store and a heat pump with geothermal probes is planned. The use of sea water for the local heating network is also being considered. In the future, this should take over the supply of the IBA terrace houses 1-3, for the planned visitor center and, as far as possible, for the IBA study house. Furthermore, individual areas of the terrace houses and the IBA study house are to be converted and modernized. This also requires planning the technical systems for the objects in lots 1-3 (energy center, IBA terrace houses 1-3 and IBA study house).

For the thermal energy requirements of the 3 terrace houses, the IBA study house and the planned visitor center, please refer to the task in the tender documents.

The subject of the services advertised here are planning services for the creation of the technical equipment and planning HLS in the objects of lots 1-3.

Services according to HOAI 2013, § 55 Technical equipment, service phases 1-9:

- basic determination,

- pre-planning,

- design planning,

- approval planning,

- execution planning,

- preparation of the award,

- property surveillance,

- property management.

Special / additional services are not recognizable from today's perspective. If these are considered necessary by the bidder, they must be named accordingly in the offer. The results of the planning service as well as the documentation of the monitoring service are to be handed over after completion of the respective service phase, in duplicate and in digital form (PDF and .dwg format).
